Bought a 9300 blackberry

I bought above mentioned phone with ackermans in Randburg square on the 22/06/2012, there problem started when my phone freezes, my slip doesn't have information as it is old. I went to the shop for letter looking for anything that can prove that i have bought phone with them. To my surprise there was no record on their books that the phone has been sold, not sure if the person who was selling this phone to has taken the money or what. I told me that they cannot assist me as i'm vodacom sim card on MTN phone i don't know where that has anything to do with the prove that i have bought a phone with them.
