Online ordering is pointless!

This online ordering system seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately the execution of this system is laughable. Please tell me this: WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM IF YOU STILL HAVE TO CONFIRM THE ORDER TELEPHONICALLY?!?! Why do I not just then phone in the first place? This is just stupid. "It's our policy". Yes. That's why we have ticked the "I agree to the terms and conditions" so that if someone changes their mind, Mr Delivery cannot be held responsible. Excellent idea, but it is useless!!
