We placed an order and paid cash in December 2012, were told we would receive goods in Feb 2013 which was agreed upon. Upon receipt of goods in Feb 2013, we noticed scratches on metal legs of sofa and screws were not fastened tightly and were sitting at odd angles, Dining room chairs had scratches and splinters and had to be swopped out 4 times where replacements were worse. The warehouse was relatively helpful but unfortnately the customer care was disinterested. I wonder about having such departments since they offer no 'care' to the 'customer'. I was seriously disappointed as I expected better quality products for paying over R 30 000. I did not hurry the order but from the looks of the finished product it seems it was finalised at the last minute. I sent in the sofa and also received that worse for wear with more scratches and it was dirty.
