Coricraft Warehouse retailiates against complaint

A Set of foam seats were ordered form Coricraft Centurion on 16 January 2013, with an expected delivery date of 20 February. Clear instructions on the Sales invoice stipulates that the customer is to collect the goods at the showroom where the goods were ordered. On 05 March, the Johannesburg warehouse called me (customer) to ask where the goods should be delivered to. I informed them that the instructions on the invoice is quite clear, enquiring (in no uncertain terms) why they are delaying the delivery. Subsequently the warehouse personnel retaliated by not delivering the goods and cancelled the order. On the 15th of March the matter has still not been resolved. Keeping in mind that at Coricraft, the customer needs to pay upfront, this is quite unacceptable customer service.
