On the evening of the 16th December 2013 i took delivery of a dining room table, 6 parsons chairs and a recliner.
When the delivery guys arrived, they asked me to stand outside to watch over their vehicle as it had goods on it and previously they had been robbed of goods while delivering in the same area. I agreed and stood guard as they carried my furniture in.
The table and recliner were in boxes and had to be assembled in my flat. the chairs however were already put together, they had some sort of covering over their legs.

Once they were done with the assembly i was told i could come up to sign for the goods. As it was late already, near 7pm, I rushed up, had a quick look at everything and signed so they could be on their way.

Just a few minutes after the delivery guy left my wife noticed that 4 out of the 6 chairs were rocking. Some were even about 1- 2cm short on some legs and 1 chair had a hole in it. i immediately phoned the Coricraft store in and spoke to the manager. She told me she would speak to the warehouse manager and sort it out.

Its been a month since the goods were delivered, and still nothing has been done.
