WORST SERVICE I have ever got

In May last year I purchase some items from this branch. The service i received at the beginning was good. they are eager to take your money but when you have a problem their service gets much worst. I handed in a microwave in Dec and i'm still waiting for them to replace it. Every time I have to call MARK and then he just give me an excuse. They are terrible at their service. I spoke to the managers as well and they don't even know what's going on in the branch. From the service I got I will not advice any person to buy from them.
