More than 11 weeks and still no furniture!

Good afternoon, on the 1 September we ordered 2 items of furniture from the Polokwane branch. I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. After the allocated time I called to follow up and my furniture still wasnt there. I was told that it would take another few weeks. I called again and was told again that it still hadnt arrived. Last week I was given the HQ's number to call and follow up with them. I called and spoke to a lady who deals with the Polokwane branch and she explained that there was a delay from the supplier, but she assured me that my furniture would be at the branch today. When I called at 5pm this afternoon they were unloading the truck from JHB and my table still was not on it. Therefore it has now been almost 3 months that we have been waiting. My biggest problem that I explained to Reuben (the salesperson from the branch & the lady at HQ) is that we dont live in Polokwane, we live in Tshikondeni. Also I explained that for us to travel to PLK would cost over R1000. I would like it if you could now please deliver the furniture to my house in Tshikondeni when it finally arrives. Which is the least you can do after making me wait so long!
