Too eager for money but cant delive

I have recently purchased a few items from Furniture City in Midrand. On the day of delivery one of the items was broken and the other was the incorrect color (this is due to the sales person writing incorrect codes). I called the branch and another sales person told me that i must come pay the difference which is R100 which is refuse to do. They came again 2 days later with these 2 items without letting me know and i had to leave work (which is 40km away) to accept the delivery. The previously broken item was ok but the other was still the incorrect color. I called the warehouse and spoke to a CLA who told me that he would call me back. One day later and no call was received. I tried calling 8 times and every time the switchboard transferred my call, it rang for 4 min and i got disconnected.

Another thing, is that another 2 items were supposed to be ordered when stock arrives but the sales person at the store cannot even follow that up. I had to call him several times to remind him and when he did find out the stock delivery to the warehouse is delayed. I have spent too much of money and time on this store and feel the people are incompetent and just simply stupid
