Defected Microwave which they won't replace

Electronics and household app.

Received microwave as Christmas present, it stood in box for 3 weeks before it was opened, we used it for 2 days after Christmas then went on holiday, when we came back I used it once and after 10 minutes the microwave got very hot on top and it just shut down completely. We tried to return it (it wasn't even used for 1 week total since out the box) and they took it in to assess, we made it clear we wanted a new microwave or our money back. We received it back two weeks later (the same microwave) and the next day the same thing happened! Samsung say their policy is that it has to be returned 3 times for the same problem which I find unacceptable as we do not live close to Makro, they won't deliver, and I'm not going to wait 2 weeks every time! Worst service ever that we received from Samsung!
