I ordered a couch from them and was told delivery would take place within 48 hours. Only after I followed up with them numerous times at the expense of my own phone bill and patience, did I manage to secure a delivery for 1 week later. The couch had a tear in it (don't they check these things before despatch). I returned the couch. Again, it was me who had to continuosly follow up and call again. No body from this company cals you back until they have about 5 messages. Eventually I arranged delivery of the couch, however the couch arrived with numerous stains all over it. I asked for them to return it but the manager from the store said she wanted to come and try to clean it. She came over on Saturday and agreed it could not be cleaned so i could return it or get a refund. Again, it is me that has had to call and follow up everyday. I have asked for them to try for third time lucky and deliver me another couch tomorrow however I am still waiting on confirmation of this. The branch blames the DC, and no body seems to know what is happening. The manager tries to be helpful... but what is the limited. Who pays you for your time off work waiting or cost of calls. Will never use them agai
