LATE/NO DELIVERY OF COUCH

Hi

I bought a set of couch from Furniture city woodland, PTA, and I was told the couch will be delivered in about 3wks. 2 out of the 3 couch has been delivered. I've been following up and calling them no-stop stil nothin had bn done. I went to the store last week to cancel the order if they cant deliver and i was told that they will cal me to give me update. I didnt hear from them until i called 2 follow up myself and they promised me the remaining couch will be delivered, still nothing. Now money has been deducted from my bank account for goods that has not been deivered.

Furniture city could have told me the truth that they donot have stock but yet they promised to deliver within 3wks.
