Amount Due - Payment to incorrect accounts

My Husband BJ Masela, has a Lewis account. There are 3 items listed, Skyla Bunk, Set of pots & Chest freezer. This month we received a statement showing amount due of R565. I transferred R570. On Monday 11/03/13 I received a call from Mariette (Paarl Branch) advising that there was no payment received for one of the purchases. I explained to her about the amount due & the people handling the payments should have placed this money on the various accounts that required payments. She said I should not worry as one of the accounts is only in arrears approximately R160. Well I am concerned! I paid the amount due and this should have been split according to the payments due on each item purchased. So R160 arrears should not have been arrears at all. This is due to your mistake and not ours. We did our job by transferring the money, so please do yours. I am not going to accept the fact that there is arrears and then be listed at the credit bureu as people that are not paying their accounts. Please fix this, and I would like a statement showing that this has been fixed accordingly. We seem to encounter too many problems with Lewis, and will be taking our business elsewhere.
