Received call from Gaynor (Customer Service Manager) 19/03/13, she refered to my query w.r.t payment of R570 (Amount due R565) & informed me that the payment was not sufficient to cover all costs. I asked her why the amount due was R565 & she argued with me stating that it could not be. I informed her that I have the statement which proves the amount due. She did not listen at all, & continued arguing, she wanted to do all the speaking. Her tone of voice was "brash", no empathy, no apology, no thanking me for bringing the matter to their attention - NOTHING! I informed her I would fax through the statement that proves the amount due. I also informed her that this Retailer has given us nothing but displeasure in our dealings with them & mentioned all of it as per previous HP complaint. At this stage she just kept quiet, did not apologize or enquire as to how we could resolve the pending issues. I would like to know if a statement says amount due by 01st, what is the payment that should be made in order for no arrears, cause apparently we are in arrears. It this is how you treat "Family" as per your "We are family" Slogan, I shudder to think how customers are treated. I Faxed Statement
