Never ending arrears

I fail to see why is my arrears is not decreasing, lewis billing system is corrupt. I have fell into the arrears with another company with similiar outstanding amounts at the same month i did with lewis and i fail to understand how come that account is up to date and lewis isnt? This is unacceptable.
