I have not received one statement from them since I opened my account last year. Every month I make payments with the amount they give me in store, a couple of months ago a collection agency phoned me to say that I am in arrears, I tried to sort it out with RCS but could not get any assistance so I paid the amount in arrears as I do not want to be listed as a bad payer. I received a reply on 07/06 on a mail that I sent to them in April already that they will amend my account and clear my name on ITC but this has not yet happened. I have still not received a statement so this month I checked my monthly instalment on the website before making payment. a couple of days after I made the payment I received a SMS that I am in arrears with double the amount of my instalment, I sent another mail to them and have not received any feedback. this is unacceptable and I refuse to make any payment on my account until this has been resolved. I also want written confirmation that my name is cleared on ITC. I am very dissapointed and appauled by their lack of professionalism and their refusal to comply with the NCA!!!
