Unacceptable Behaviour!

I have been a loyal customer to Lewis stores for many years, and I have paid my account ON TIME. EVERY MONTH. In fact I pay more than the required amount, so much so that I am paid up R500 in advance. However I recently discovered that Lewis has listed me with Transunion for not paying my account. According to them, when I go into the Brandfort branch to pay my account, one specific item on the bill is always skipped over by the cashier and is therefore not paid as the money is divided. This means that due to the negligence of LEWIS STORES EMPLOYEES my credit score is now worthless and they maintain that it will remain so for 2 years. I was denied a credit card because of this and suffered embarrassment with my bank. This is unacceptable and disgusting that someone who is a loyal customer and pays their bills, still has to sit with a bad credit score due to negligence from a Lewis Stores employee. I refuse to accept that Lewis is now just shrugging their shoulders and saying they can't do anything about it. They made this mess for me, and I expect them to fix it immediately.
