FURNITURE NOT DELIVERED ON SET DATE

Delivery for my children's beds were confirmed on 23/04/2013 (Tuesday) by Lee Ann from the warehouse. On delivery date she calls me again and ask what time they can deliver on Saturday. I reminded her that delivery was confirmed for the Thursday and she said she'll call me back later. Never to be heard from again. I called her manager Rozelle, who called me back and said the branch up and cancelled the delivery they rescheduled for Saturday. I explained to her I'm not at home the weekend and during the week I'll only be home extremely late. She then said she'll call the branch again and get back to me. Never to be heard of again!!! Jacob from the branch called and said the warehouse is not willing to make a speed delivery for me on Friday 26/04/2013. Not getting any satisfactory response from anyone... Next step... consumer board?
