Don't use this furniture removal company

Arranged for transport of furniture from JHB to East London. Company advised they would collect on Thursday morning. We arranged to drive down that night, to meet them at our house, on Friday or Saturday. We would return to JHB on Sunday. Luckily, week before collection, I emailed to confirm, and was informed that truck would collect on Thursday, but would only leave Gauteng on the Monday morning, and would deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday. We then had to change our leave plans, and driving plans, to be down in East London until Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon I had still not heard from them, and had to phone, only to be told that the truck would only be leaving JHB on that Tuesday night. They would be in East London on Thursday or Friday. We could not take anymore leave, so had to hand the keys to strangers to open our house for the delivery. The consultant Jennifer, from Durban, Suggested that I also get the neighbours to arrange our furniture etc. Truck eventually arrived at 5pm on the Friday afternoon. To this day, I am not sure whether all our furniture was actually delivered or not. Movers also damaged the fridge, broke the door, but, I haven't heard a word from them.
