Furniture City still hasn't delivered my goods!!

I bought a stand from furniture city on Thursday, they told me it will be delivered on Monday. Upon arrival on Monday, the stand is incomplete. The delivery guys take it away. I call woodlands and they tell me to call the call centre. Call centre takes down my complaint. I call them everyday twice a day and no one can give me a date on when I will get my stand.
I am so sick of calling furniture city, they took my money and my stand! this is unacceptable. Today is 8 days later (Friday) and I am STILL waiting for my goods!!
