WORST SERVICE EVER!!

In Septermber 2012 i went to Fossil store in Gateway Durban to find out if i can ordr links for my watch chain. the gentleman told me they will not be able to sell me links i will have to buy the whole chain. i found that hard to believe and vizited watches unlimited because the do keep Fossil. they told me that the info i was goven by the guy at fossil was wrong they do sell links separately.

In November i went back to Fossil and this time a lady attended to me. she told me they do order links and she will do so. she told me it will take 6 weeks to arrive from Germany. i called to follow up in December and was told head office is working on skeleton staff. i called in January and was told they will follow up with ehad office and get back and never did.

in March i went to the shop arrived and stated my case and they said they will check the system, i waited for 5 min until i decided to go to another shop and come back. on my retun after 20 min the gentleman was still on the phone not talking to anyone and still had no answer for me and i walked out. i have nevert seen such abd service in my life and still dont know whats going on because no one got back to me
