Spider web in the New Look chocolate

Good morning

I lopened a Beacon New Look chocolate and there is a Spider Web in the chocolate. The chocolate also has eggs in it. It will only expire on the 23/11/2013. I tried to contact Tiger Brand Beacon but the department is too busy.
