8 weeks and still no watch

I sent in my brand new fossil watch on the 23rd of may 2013 because it was suppose to be water resistant which it wasn't. So long story short the watch got water in and i took it in on the 23rd of may 2013 to have them fix it, it got sent to fossil via galaxy & co the Glen, as that where fossil said i should return it, as it was bought there.

Today i phone as it has been 8 weeks and still no word and the friendly staff at galaxy & co called fossil to find out when will i be getting my watch back. I was called back today to be told that it would be released on Thursday and then only next week sometime i will have it back, so it will be as near as makes no difference 10weeks! for me to get my watch back.

This watch was my birthday present that i received on the 19th of December 2012, was the same day as it was bought. i didn't even have it for 3months and it gave up?? This service is absolutely shocking, not even an apology or any reason for such a huge delay. Beautiful products but the support is pathetic to say the least.

I hope this at-least reaches somebody, because fossil it seems that they just don't really give a dam about there customers after they bought the product.
