I WENT TO PAVILION, AND PURCHASED MY GUESS BAG ON THE 23/12/2012.KNOWING VERY WELL THAT BEING A NAME BRAND PRODUCT I WILL HAVE NO ISSUES. AROUND THE 15/01/2013 I NOTICED THE BAG WAS TEARING ON THE HANDLES AND THE STRAP WAS ALSO TEARING, I WAS FURIOUS.I WENT TO THE WESTWOOD MALL (BECAUSE I WORK IN THAT MALL) FIRST THERE WAS AN ISSUE TO GET MY SLIP, I ASSUMED I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH EDGARS FOR ATLEAST 8 YEARS I WONT HAVE AN ISSUE.THE SYSTEM WAS "OFFLINE"TO PRINT MY SLIP, I TOLD THE BLACK LADY TO TAKE DOWN MY DEATILS AND CALL ME WHEN IT IS WORKING.I WENT BACK TO THE STORE A FEW HOURS LATER, AND SHE WAS COMPLETELY DUMBFOUNDED WHEN I REMINDED HER ABOUT MY QUERY! SHE THEN ASKED ME TO STAND ASIDE SHE WILL GET MY SLIP OF THE TILL (I STOOD THERE ASIDE FOR ATLEAST 20 MINUTES) I THEN WALED OF AND COMPLAINED, THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HE IS GIVING ME A DEADLINE BY THE END OF THAT MONTH TO GET A BAG.THERE WAS ANOTHER COLOURED LADY WHO TOOK DOWN THE INCIDENT AND SAID SHE WILL CALL ME WITH RESULTS (I AM YET TO GET RESULTS FROM HER! I THEN WENT TO PAVILION, ANOTHER GUY TOLD ME HE WILL GET BACK TO ME.I EMAILED HIM, HE CLEARLY DID NOT CARE.I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE LEVEL OF "CUSTOMER CARE"THAT I DID NOT GET.
