I WENT TO THE EDGARS AT THE EASTRAND MALL ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER TO CHANGE 2 BRAND NAME JEANS THAT I PURCHASED.

THE TELLER THAT HAD ASSISTED ME WAS HELPFUL BUT THE SUPERVISOR HAD A PATHETIC ATTITUDE AND TREATED ME LIKE SHE WAS DOING ME A FAVOUR AND NOT HER JOB TO ASSIST.

SHE HAD REFUSED TO ASSIST IN CHANGING THE JEANS AS THE DESCRIPTION AND PRICE ON THE SLIP DID NOT CORRESPOND WITH THAT OF THE SLIP! AND WHEN I TOLD HER I WOULD REPORT THIS TO HEAD OFFICE SHE SAID PLEASE DO (with a smile) AND GAVE THE NUMBER.

THAT MADE ME EVEN MORE MAD AND DISGUSTED AT HER BEHAVIOUR. AFTER THAT I CALLED HER BACK AND TOLD HER TO CHECK TYPE THE CODE ON THE SLIP AND SEE IF IT CORRESPONDS WITH THE JEANS.

DO I AS CUSTOMER HAVE TO TEACH THE SUPERVISORS HOW TO DO THEIR WORK?? AND DO I HAVE TO CHECK MY SLIP, BARCODES AND DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM AND SEE IF IT CORRESPONDS WITH THE ITEM EVERYTIME I SHOP AT EDGARS?
