Disgusted: Poor Quality from Edgars Shelley Brand

I purchased a set of 5 Shelley underwear from Edgars on Saturday, 02 February 2013. On Monday I used the first one and noticed when I put it on that the fabric was tearing away from the elastic. The following day I noticed that exactly the same happened with my second pair. I am a size 30 and the size I purchased was a small which is my correct size so I know that it is not stretching because it is too small. This is extremely disappointing from what used to be a reputable brand like Shelley and even more so from Edgars. Due to the nature of the purchase and for hygiene reasons it can obviously not be returned. What is even worse is that this happened with several sets of underwear purchased at Edgars for my husband but I never gave it a thought. I am now realising that it is actually the poor quality of Edgars stock and that this has been going on for years. I feel completely disgruntled that we have flushed our money down the toilet on so many occasions because we trusted that Edgars sold quality products. Everyone should know that Edgars is only interested in making money and not giving quality to its loyal customers in return for our hard earned money.
