No Joy in trying to reach Edcon Legal Department

I have been trying for days to get the "CORRECT" number for Edcon Legal Department. I have spoken to numerous staff memberS and each person gives me telephone numbers that I cannot get through to. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I would like to get settlement figures on my account and cannot seem to find anybody to assist.

The telephone numbers supplied are 011-4989024/6 ; 011-4989290/1/3, a total of FIVE numbers that just ring and nobody answers. This is appalling for such a large retail company!!!

What has happened to the customer service in S.A.???
