I used to be a client of Leisure books for many years & cancelled my membership due to non-delivery & service. I received a welcome back envelope on the 18/04. I immediately contacted this Company in Cape Town, as the date of expiry was 31/03 & was advised by the call centre that DUE TO THE POSTAL STRIKE, I could still place my order, so I sms'd it & completed it, mailed back & awaited my order. On the 19/04, another assistant from the call centre called me, so 1ce again I explained that I had received this late, & was told that I could still order as the Post Office had delivered this to me late. Now I received an email, telling me, that this order is no longer valid, I must choose something else. In actual fact, I will not be ordering anything from them, as they have 1ce again proved how extremely unreliable they really are. I would rather use Exclusive books, or any other book company, before I ever use them again. I have never in my life, come across a Company, like this, who is so pathetic & will do anything to get business.
