Incompetent manage

A few months ago our postal adres was miraculously changed by leisure books, without any request from us as clients, as a result no books were received by us. Phoning to here what's up we were told that our suburb was changed to the closest post office ie Hatfield which is 17km further from our closest post office.
From then onwards the exchange of emails containing bad excuses started and yes still no book BUT THE ACCOUNT MIRACULOUSLY REACHED US.
Now with an incompetent manger like Shereen Martin how can leisure books expect Rudi Solomons to be competent. I wounder if they have any competent staff to sort out this simple issue before I cancel my subscription.
