PASSING THE BUCK - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I joined Leserskring on the 3rd of December 2012. Since then I still have not received my books. I have received confirmation that the parcel has been sent on the 24th of December 2012. I phoned Leserskring today and the buck is still being passed. SHOCKING. Still no books. Terrible service. Attitudes are not appreciated. Would not recommend.
