Order not delivered

I placed an online order on 09 January 2014. Only the book was in stock and was processed, the dvd was not in stock. On Tuesday 21 January 2014 I got a call from Anthea at leisure books asking for my address for the couriers to deliver my order. I am still waiting for the book today. I have sent three emails, but no response. On Tuesday (04 Feb 2014) i called in and was given a tracking number to take to the post office to enquire about the order. This while i asked for door to door delivery. On Monday (03 Feb 2014) i got the dvd, but still waiting for the book. I only joined Leisure Books in December and I was really excited, but now i am very disappointed. Can i please get an answer as to where my order is? Tracking number: TA 766231967 ZA.
