We had a Woolworths online wedding registry. On the registry, they ask you to specify a delivery date, we selected 26 February 2013. After no delivery on the specified date, I phoned the call centre to find out what was going on. I was then advised that the delivery would be made on Thursday, 28 February. Again, no delivery took place. I again phoned the call centre, and was advised verbally and by sms it would be delivered on 6 February before 13h00. Again, no delivery took place. This morning, no one knows what is going on. I cannot get any answers from Woolworths despite wasting a lot of my time. I am a busy advocate and do not have time for this! The gifts have been paid for, and Woolworths refuses to deliver it. I am fed up and angry! Please help!
