I sent in my watch to Sandton City mall branch for repairs on my bracelet on 01 November 2013.
I received my watch back on 16 December 2013 to find that the unit was not properly repaired.
I subsequently asked for 50% discount on trade-in since my watch was no longer in production and no updates was given ever since.
I phoned again on 06 January 2014 and was told the onus is on me to follow up with Fossil head office, and subsequently found that my watch was just received and will give my feedback shortly.
I phoned Fossil Sandton City Mall today and the status is still unchanged. #extremelyfrustrated
