I bought a new bed at Sandton House & Home last week (28/02/2013)

They told me they are out of stock but the warehouse has 123 of these beds but I will get it in week. Today is Thursday and still I am told maybe tomorrow. Which is 8 days later. There is no leadership and a no-care attitude. No pressure on the warehouse to bring stock. Letting customers wait!

Apart from this I am never phoned/contacted to be given any feedback.

I was given promises that they can go fetch it themselves from the warehouse. Only to be told again they are not allowed to do that.

Service really bad, Sandton is suppose to be the elite place! If they come with stories again tomorrow I will definitely cancel and phone dial-a-bed.
