Out of stock for 2 months

I bought a pair of Adam Rocket dining chairs at the beginning of March. I couldn't get them that day as there were none in stock and I was told they had to be ordered from the warehouse and I should come back in 2 weeks. I came back 2 weeks later and there were 10 in the store room, but for a different customer so I was told that I would be contacted when more stock came in. I was not contacted and now after 1 and a half months I went to the store again since I thought maybe they lost my number... no surprise there still was no stock. I've wasted my time and I've still not gotten my chairs, I was suppose to receive a call this Monday from the 3rd time I went into the store, no one has from @ home Sandton. I am an the verge of anger and tears now! Can you get a refund for goods you haven't received? Just to warn you out there, you purchase an item from @home, make sure they have stock and you put it in your car that day!
