Everytime I worked into the Truworths store at Pan Africa Mall, alarms at the door are triggered all the time. This has happened about 5 times now and all the time, the floor staff shout at me, they do not talk to me properly, they just shout at me as if I am a. I am at a point of closing my account with truworths because of this treatment. I am absolutely appalled by this. I am sick of being treated like a. As this happens I find myself being victimised.
