I ordered goods (order no.245422) which we initially sceduled to be delivered on 12 Aug 2013. within a week after placing the order, I spoke with Rene requesting to change the delivery date to 8 Aug as I knew I would have someone in the house on that day. I called today, 7 Aug 2013 to confirm the tomorrow's delivery and was told (by Pabi, another lady who works at the Sandton branch) that my requested changes were never effected and that they will try to deliver tomorrow but they cant promise. I need to make one thing clear here - @home, you are not doing me a favour. I paid R400 as a delivery fee and I expect my goods delivered tomorrow. I am not bothered by failed internal processes! I want my goods!
