Unacceptable service

I want to get it on record that this is the worst service experience that I have ever received from a company of the same stature. I requested and paid for a quote to have laminated flooring installed at my house. The job for installation was booked and CONFIRMED for today, 09/11/2013. Today came but no job has been done due to the fact that Builders Warehouse Table View failed to ensure / check that the right stock had been put aside for this job! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?! For a company that makes millions daily, I just do not get it!

Now I need to be inconvenienced due to your lack of planning. I have been told that the right stock will reach the store by Monday and the job will be done on Tuesday - when no one is at home! There is a reason WHY I chose and paid for today Builders! Not tomorrow, Tuesday, Thursday or next week Saturday. It's supposed to be TODAY. A total k up and I am totally annoyed.
