I bought a lounge suit and it was skew on the left side of top and I did contact house and home to come and replace my lounge suit I did wait for a week without hearing from them.
When they decide to come and exchange it the delivery guy bring the wrong lounge suit send it back again after almost two weeks they bring the lounge suit but the same problem was on the lounge suit.
I did contact the manager of house and home she was not willing to assist me in this matter directly she put the phone through to a guy called Jacky he did told me to came and choose a other lounge suit set.
I did choose a new lounge suit set and pay in R2800 on Monday the 10th of June 2013.
Jacky told me Mnr Hall your new set will be delivered within the next 2 working days.
I did contact Jacky this morning and he told me that they is still waiting for stoke but on Monday they already what to came and take the factory fold lounge suit.
I need my new lounge suit today or tomorrow otherwise I going to cancel the whole deal it is the first time in my life I experience such bad customer service and bad attitude from a big company as House and Home.
