Why must I do my job?

Yesterday March 5th at 16:00pm I had been waiting in line at the Kiosk at Pick 'n Pay Hazeldean. When it had been my time to pay for my measly 5 items, I asked the cashier - Miss. Portia Maila - to please give me a bag also. While I was putting in my pin to pay with my card, I asked Miss. Maila to please put my items into the bag - Something I should not even have to ask for! - as I was in a bit of a hurry. She responded by asking 'Why must I do it? '. I called for the supervisor who basically ignored my requests to lodge a complaint and told me to go to the manager's office. When I asked him for Hazeldean's phone number, he also proceeded to give me a false contact number. I am a regular customer at this branch and the utter disrespect and indifference your customers who pay for your salaries are treated with is disgusting. Not to mention the unwillingness to do your job! Utterly appalling.
