On Sunday 08 September 2013 I went to Pick 'n Pay (Wonderboom Juinction) to buy few items to be specific 9 items and the cashier Freda Modikoe refused to pack my items in the carry bag that I also purchased from the store. After paying I waited for her to pack my items in the bag and she just folded her arms and looked at me. I was surprised when she folded her arms then I asked her if she is not packing my items in the carry bag and she told me NO the pick 'n Pay in Wonderboom the casiers are not allowed to pack for the customers. WHAT NONSENCE IS THAT? then I had to pack myitems and left. I would like to find out from the Supervisor there is this true? WHy should one have to fight for good service, other Pick'n Pays they pack for their customers and I need to know what is differnt about the Wonderboom one?
