Poor service, lack of action, no "managing"

I am totally appalled and shocked by the lack of service and disinterest in my complaint by Riaan, a senior service manager, at Westville Pavilion Pick 'n Pay store.

I was in a long queue to the express till. Riaan (I did not know who he was at this time) was walking past and I asked him to assist as there were a lot of people in front and behind me that had trolleys full of items, FAR exceeding the 10 items "express" till. He instructed me to go to the kiosk till, an instruction I declined as I believe the problem would just happen to someone else and that is not the point of a complaint. He then said he briefly apologised and walked off without any remorse or an indication he is going to do anything about this problem.

I then proceeded to pay for my items, only to get the till and be told cash only as the card machine was not working. I waiting for another till and paid. I went back to the customer care till and asked for the manager. I was in total dismay when I saw the same man come out. Coloured with frekkles and a scar on his face. I asked him for his name and explained why this needed to be sorted out. He had absolutely NO solution and that there were signs. Poo
