I bought a Defy Stove on the 27 April 2013 at Electric Express in Bela-Bela (Warmbaths) and paid via credit card with a total amount of R4 599, 95. We arranged with the sales person to deliver the stove to our address in Bela-Bela on Monday (29 April) or Tuesday (30 April).

On Tuesday, 30 April 2013 they delivered a " Stove". We refused to take delivery of the stove because it was firstly not in a box and secondly it was the stove on the floor and we did not buy a demo model, we bought and paid for a brand new stove! The driver of the delivery truck (a lady), told us that they don't have stoves in boxes and after telling her that is not the truth she changed her story and said that they have problems with Defy to deliver stoves to them. I don't understand why they then sell a product they cannot get delivery of!

After numerous telephone calls, promises and emails send to them, I am still without my money or stove.

We are not happy with the service we have received from this Supplier. Electric Express is a disgrace.
