I have purchased a gas stove from Hirsch, apart from the sales lady whom had promised to deliver in about 9 days after purchase, the stove was only delivered after 14 days after my intervention.
I called Hirsch on 17/11/2013 to complain about the faulty gas stove, spoke to the sales lady Ms Shoba.
Ms Shoba called me on 21/11/2013 and made me speak to a gentleman whom had promised to get someone to check the fault.
Till today no one has called me.
I am totally fed up with this type of service. Please get someone to refund my monies and remove my gas stove.
