Action Unacceptable Please Help

On 19 January 2013 I purchased 2x Tribe Queen Headboards (Brown and Black) on promotion or special which was running up to 20 January 2013 as per the advert in their catalogue. I was told that they had stock at their warehouse and my order would be delivered early next week, ( the week of 21January 2013). I waited for the delivery which never came. On Friday 25 January 2013 I contacted the branch and went to the store and was assured that the staff would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Today I contacted the branch to find out why there has been no delivery. I was told that the brown headboard I purchased was out of stock and asked whether they can deliver black instead. I requested the sales lady to check with the other branches and see if she can find the brown one first. The sales lady came back to me and advise that she is out of stock. We agreed that they deliver what is available. I received a call to say I should go in store and collect my money. Ellerine had failed to deliver, and are in breach. They sold something that was out of stock and now they would like to pull out of the cash transaction. I would like to put them to terms and deliver. Customer Care please help resolve this!
