Customer gets blamed for putrid Management!!

On Saturday the 9th of March 2013, I decided to go to my LOCAL House & Home in Brits to buy a new TV and New Lounge Suite... Arrived at the "New" branch at Brits Mall with my bakkie & trailer organised for loading my goods. Saw the new "Specials" on the pamphlet which has been printed NATION WIDE!!
None of the branches has ANY of the promotional stock... Management?? I ended up paying R3500 for a TV (Cash) excluding the lightning protection and TV License... The lounge suite (2 seater) would cost me R5000, which they couldn't organise and load on my bakkie. I would have to wait for them to get stock... I paid the R5000 as well... On Wednesday 13 March 2013 I phoned the branch and asked them whether I could receive the stock on Friday, when my maid is at home. My house is within a 20KM radius, and they didn't have stock when I had the transport. They SAID that they WOULD deliver... Friday morning 15 March 2013... Hey, we don't deliver for free... PAY MORE!! I have to organise another bakkie & trailer to fetch my goods. Your Sales & Marketing is PATHETIC!! Can't complain about customer service... There is service!! And this is how you treat cash customers... Very Sad
