We recently bought a 3 piece stove and before signing the deal we were told the stove was in stock and delivery would be done the following day, suddenly after the deal wwas signed they didnt have the stove in stock and woul have to fetch it from Ermelo, and delivery would not be possible as per arrangement. After a struggle, they eventually delivered the stove as per arrangement, but only 2 of the pieces were delivered. On friday, we called the store and were promised the delivery would be monday, on monday I call them again, and the fan is still to be fetched from Ermelo. The question is if the other two pieces were fetched from Ermelo, why was this one not picked up? So who is fooling who? And who will be liable for standing time for the contractor that s doing work on our kitchen, because now they are not even sure wheter it will be delivered on tuesday still as it has apparetly not been authorised yet. I just wonder if this is the same treatment that they give to all your clients, because if it is, then surely this is my last time I am gonna set my foot in that store. Please somebody assist with getting this fan delivered, and stop the.
