Failure to deliver merchandise

I purchased a Sealy queen base set from House & Home Platinum Square in Rustenburg last week Thursday. I was informed that the product was out of stock, but that a "priority order" would be placed and that it would take no longer than 7 days to be delivered (irrespective of working days). I was promised likely delivery the Monday. However, no-one contacted me until Tuesday when I decided to follow up. I spoke to Antoinette who said that she would follow up on the matter and phone me back. She never did and so I phoned again where I was told delivery trucks should be arriving that Wednesday, but to give them time until Friday AT THE LATEST. However, on Thursday a man phoned to say the trucks have not come and they are now doing "stock-taking" so all orders are placed on hold. They had apparently not done stock taking since the store opened... In November 2012? But that my bed would defenitely be arriving the weekend. It is now Sunday, 12 May, 10 days since paying for my product that I am still waiting for. No-one from the store has phoned to update me regarding progress as I so kindly asked them to do. This is rediculous and I would be hesitant to buy there again.
