Another Utterly Disgusted Custome

I logged a complaint last year 3 December about a silver bangle. I received my bangle back end of January after I had to pay half of the repair cost, keeping in mind it was only 6 DAYS OLD at the time. Since then I'm to scared to wear it as it gets damaged so easily. Today I have it on for the 4th time and noticed a small dent AGAIN. The previous time your VERY RUDE manager at Village Mall told me in so many words that it is because I didn't take good care of it???!!! Now that to me is absolute NONSENSE, it is plain BAD QUALITY!! I am working in a office sitting infront of a computer typing the whole day, can not see that this is mis-use of the product. Sure the bangle must be able to handle this kind of usage. I had a look at your customer feedback reports the past 12monts and it clearly speaks for itself, as 83% customers is unhappy and 44% is UTTERLY DISGUSTED! Need I say more? (Seems to me one must buy this bangle, put it in a safe, and just keep it there to look at every once in a while, definetely not for wear as it gets damaged with the slightest use)
