My car was damaged in the hail storm last year November. My car was sent in to South rand motor lab where I was told it would take -10 working days to repair... I received my car 1 month later only to see that they damaged two inside side panels as well as chipping my windscreen, they also did not replace they plastic between my bonnet and windscreen that was damaged by the hail and apporved by my insurance to be repaired!!!
So I complained about this to Chris and he advised me they are closing over the December period but in January he will replace the damaged parts... never the less I am still waiting, he just keeps telling me there are no parts available and he will get back to me which he doesn't do.

I am sooo sick of having to follow up on this and waste my time to get something done...
People pay for a service - so do your job properly and get it done!!!

Im utterly disgusted with the level of service...
To others reading this - NEVER SEND YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE - SAVE YOURSELF THE TORTURE
