Utterly Disgusted!

I went to return a school bag with a broken strap which I'd bought a month ago after I'd paid almost R500 for it, only to be met by the owner of the store who was nothing but utterly rude and derogatory towards me!!! What ever happened to good customer service in this country? I will never again buy anything from that shop and will advise everyone I know not to either!!! I don't think anyone has ever been that rude to me! She even had my 8 year old daughter in tears... You need to brush up on your people skills and learn that "the customer is always right"
